Corporate & Social Responsibility Charter
The directors of Kumul Minerals are committed to high standards in corporate governance.
The Board has developed and approved the Corporate and Social Responsibility Charter, which the Corporate and Social Responsibility Committee will use in discharging its responsibilities to invest in socially responsible projects that impact communities fairly per the Dividend policy of 10% allocation. The Charter also has Project Assessment guidelines for funding CSR projects.
The Government of Papua New Guinea has determined under its Dividend Policy that from dividends paid by Kumul Minerals 10% of such dividend will be used for church, community and social activities.
